Job Summary

Collaborating with strategic customers, the remote Technical Account Manager will provide expert guidance on technical and operational configurations, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting long-term enhancement plans in a contractor capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide business, technical, and product knowledge to support post-sales activities
  • Educate clients on product features and facilitate product upgrades
  • Maintain overall account health by completing technical assessments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, presales, or similar customer-facing technical roles
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows-based server OS and networking tools
  • Ability to understand and analyze customer technical needs
  • Experience with Active Directory and network topology
