Job Summary
Owning post-onboarding customer relationships, the remote Technical Account Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize their use of Boulevard's platform while driving product adoption and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for top accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience post-implementation
- Partner with Strategic Account Managers to identify and recommend new features and optimization opportunities for clients
- Provide technical guidance and manage escalations between customers and internal teams, ensuring efficient resolution of complex issues
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years in a technical, customer-facing role within a SaaS organization
- Deep understanding of SaaS products, APIs, and integrations
- Proven track record of improving customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored to both technical and executive audiences
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
