Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of strategic customers, the full-time Technical Account Manager will serve as a dedicated technical advisor, providing architectural guidance and leading implementation reviews while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships by understanding workflows and providing tailored architectural recommendations
  • Conduct implementation reviews and technical health assessments, offering proactive solutions to prevent issues
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to identify customer needs and improve platform delivery
Required qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS
  • Strong understanding of relational data modeling and system integrations
  • Experience with AI-driven workflows and automation processes
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting
  • Consultative mindset with proactive problem identification skills
