Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of strategic customers, the full-time Technical Account Manager will serve as a dedicated technical advisor, providing architectural guidance and leading implementation reviews while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships by understanding workflows and providing tailored architectural recommendations
- Conduct implementation reviews and technical health assessments, offering proactive solutions to prevent issues
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to identify customer needs and improve platform delivery
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of relational data modeling and system integrations
- Experience with AI-driven workflows and automation processes
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting
- Consultative mindset with proactive problem identification skills
