Job Summary

Managing overall relationships with assigned end-users, the full-time Technical Account Manager will advocate for customer needs, prioritize technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure satisfaction and retention in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with customers to increase adoption and ensure satisfaction
  • Provide project leadership for major customer programs and collaborate with internal teams to address needs
  • Document best practices and share insights to improve products and customer experiences
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, technical account management, or similar roles
  • Three or more years of experience managing complex network infrastructures
  • Experience in client-server applications, Unix/Linux system administration, or software development
  • At least one active technical certification (e.g., CCNA) with a commitment to ongoing certification
  • Proven success in customer-facing roles, particularly in implementation or support settings
