Job Summary
Managing overall relationships with assigned end-users, the full-time Technical Account Manager will advocate for customer needs, prioritize technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure satisfaction and retention in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with customers to increase adoption and ensure satisfaction
- Provide project leadership for major customer programs and collaborate with internal teams to address needs
- Document best practices and share insights to improve products and customer experiences
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, technical account management, or similar roles
- Three or more years of experience managing complex network infrastructures
- Experience in client-server applications, Unix/Linux system administration, or software development
- At least one active technical certification (e.g., CCNA) with a commitment to ongoing certification
- Proven success in customer-facing roles, particularly in implementation or support settings
