Job Summary
Acting as a strategic technical advisor, the full-time remote Technical Account Manager will manage key enterprise customers, providing high-touch support, conducting performance reviews, and enabling partners to drive adoption of Megaport's services.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advocate for strategic enterprise customers under the Premium Support offering
- Guide customers through complex deployments and ongoing architectural evolution while delivering regular technical health checks
- Identify and engage with System Integrators and Value-Added Resellers to develop enablement plans and support co-selling opportunities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or similar
- Deep understanding of enterprise networking, cloud connectivity, and related infrastructure services
- Previous experience supporting System Integrators, VARs, and indirect partner ecosystems
- Experience in designing or deploying cloud/virtualization networking solutions in enterprise environments
- Familiarity with IaC practices, Terraform, and API integrations is a plus
