Job Summary
Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time salaried Technical Account Manager will focus on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion through upselling and cross-selling of services while acting as the primary escalation point for client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the client advocate to ensure a positive digital employee experience and high client satisfaction
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews and manage the sales cycle for product and service opportunities within the existing client base
- Maintain client documentation and CRM information while delivering regular reports on client health status and revenue forecasts
Required qualifications
- 2 years of experience within a Managed Services organization
- 3 years in a Technical Account Management or Inside Sales role
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas
- Experience closing recurring service sales
- Strong business awareness of how IT relates to business strategy and goals
