Job Summary
Owning the technical success of strategic top-tier customers, the full-time remote Technical Account Manager will act as a dedicated technical point of contact, drive platform health and performance, and manage escalations while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated technical point of contact for a portfolio of strategic top-tier customers, ensuring continuity from implementation to ongoing operations
- Continuously assess customer deployments for scalability and performance, providing strategic recommendations for improvements and best practices
- Oversee technical support intake and manage critical incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication and resolution
Required qualifications
- Strong experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, APIs, and platform operations
- Proven ability to diagnose performance and scalability challenges in production environments
- Experience in building trust with senior technical stakeholders and aligning internal teams around customer outcomes
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and operational considerations for scalable production systems
