Job Summary

Owning the technical success of strategic top-tier customers, the full-time remote Technical Account Manager will act as a dedicated technical point of contact, drive platform health and performance, and manage escalations while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the dedicated technical point of contact for a portfolio of strategic top-tier customers, ensuring continuity from implementation to ongoing operations
  • Continuously assess customer deployments for scalability and performance, providing strategic recommendations for improvements and best practices
  • Oversee technical support intake and manage critical incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication and resolution
Required qualifications
  • Strong experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, APIs, and platform operations
  • Proven ability to diagnose performance and scalability challenges in production environments
  • Experience in building trust with senior technical stakeholders and aligning internal teams around customer outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and operational considerations for scalable production systems
