Job Summary

Focused on client satisfaction and product delivery excellence, the full-time remote Technical Account Manager will oversee client accounts, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and governance oversight while serving as a technical resource for clients.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the technical resource for live customers within the assigned portfolio
  • Conduct technical discovery with customer teams to drive platform usage and new integrations
  • Participate in technical account health status reviews, providing executive-level summary reports
Required qualifications:
  • Proven ability to engage with customers on technical topics
  • Experience in operationalizing portfolios and following up on technical items
  • Familiarity with the Loyalty platform and ability to provide guidance
  • Strong analytical skills to utilize data tools for customer health assessments
  • Technical program expertise for investigating and resolving issues
