Job Summary

Owning the post-sale technical relationship for a portfolio of customers, the full-time Technical Account Manager will lead onboarding and implementation, drive adoption and value realization, and act as a bridge between customers and product/engineering teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical kickoff calls and manage the implementation process, including configuring integrations and developing onboarding plans
  • Conduct regular health checks, deliver tailored training sessions, and advise customers on operationalizing human risk program roadmaps
  • Serve as the primary technical contact, triaging support tickets, escalating critical issues, and building business case analyses to demonstrate realized value
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of customer-facing technical roles in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of driving technical implementations and adoption for mid-market or enterprise customers
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and accountability
  • Experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or compliance domains
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting to both technical and executive audiences
