Job Summary
Owning the technical success of strategic top tier customers, the full-time remote Technical Account Manager will serve as a dedicated technical point of contact, ensuring operational excellence and driving platform health while maximizing long-term adoption of the service.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the technical liaison for a portfolio of strategic customers, facilitating smooth transitions from sales to ongoing operations
- Continuously assess and optimize customer deployments for scalability, reliability, and performance, providing actionable recommendations
- Manage technical support issues and escalations, coordinating responses across internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
Required qualifications
- Strong experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or similar customer-facing technical roles
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and platform operations
- Proven ability to diagnose and address performance and scalability challenges in production environments
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration involving Support, Product, and Engineering teams
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices, including Docker and Kubernetes
