Job Summary

Serving as the primary technical expert for a dedicated portfolio of enterprise customers, the full-time remote Technical Account Manager will drive user adoption, manage complex account solutions, and act as a trusted advisor on the Risk Cloud platform.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, providing guidance on shaping and maturing their GRC programs
  • Independently perform custom workflow routing and advanced platform configurations for assigned accounts
  • Maintain organized project follow-through, delivering comprehensive recaps and action items to stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role within the B2B SaaS ecosystem or a GRC advisory role
  • Proven track record of developing expertise in configurable, low-code/no-code software architectures
  • Elite verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting technical solutions to diverse audiences
  • High degree of accountability and professionalism in customer-facing interactions
