Job Summary
Serving as the primary technical expert for a dedicated portfolio of enterprise customers, the full-time remote Technical Account Manager will drive user adoption, manage complex account solutions, and act as a trusted advisor on the Risk Cloud platform.
Key responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with customers, providing guidance on shaping and maturing their GRC programs
- Independently perform custom workflow routing and advanced platform configurations for assigned accounts
- Maintain organized project follow-through, delivering comprehensive recaps and action items to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role within the B2B SaaS ecosystem or a GRC advisory role
- Proven track record of developing expertise in configurable, low-code/no-code software architectures
- Elite verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting technical solutions to diverse audiences
- High degree of accountability and professionalism in customer-facing interactions
