Job Summary

Owning the technical success of strategic top tier customers, the full-time remote Technical Account Manager will serve as the dedicated technical point of contact, ensuring operational excellence and driving platform health, scalability, and performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the primary technical liaison for a portfolio of strategic customers, ensuring seamless transitions from sales to ongoing operations
  • Continuously assess and optimize customer deployments, providing strategic recommendations for improvements and best practices
  • Oversee technical support intake and manage escalations, coordinating cross-functional responses to ensure timely resolutions
Required qualifications
  • Strong experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, APIs, and platform operations
  • Proven ability to diagnose performance and scalability challenges in production environments
  • Experience in building trust with senior technical stakeholders and aligning internal teams around customer outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and self-hosted deployments in scalable production systems
