Job Summary

Owning the technical success of strategic top tier customers, the full-time remote Technical Account Manager will serve as a dedicated technical point of contact, ensuring operational excellence and driving platform health and performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the primary technical liaison for a portfolio of top tier customers, facilitating seamless transitions from Sales Engineering to ongoing operations
  • Continuously assess and optimize customer deployments for scalability, reliability, and performance, providing strategic recommendations for improvements
  • Oversee technical support processes, manage escalations, and coordinate cross-functional responses to ensure timely resolutions and proactive risk management
Required qualifications
  • Strong experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, APIs, and platform operations
  • Proven ability to diagnose performance and scalability challenges in production environments
  • Experience in building trust with senior technical stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on exposure to DevOps practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, and managing scalable production systems
