Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Technical Account Manager will ensure assigned accounts maximize technical value from services through consultation, integration, and problem-solving, while building strong relationships with security practitioners and technical leaders.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive platform adoption and technical health metrics for assigned accounts
  • Advise customers on security program improvements and detection strategies
  • Own technical incident response coordination with customers during security incidents
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of security industry experience, primarily in consultative customer-facing roles
  • Deep technical expertise in two or more security product spaces (e.g., EDR, NDR, SIEM)
  • Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions engineering or technical consulting
  • Understanding of enterprise security operations and associated challenges
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
