Job Summary

Owning the technical success of strategic top tier customers, the full-time remote Technical Account Manager will act as a dedicated point of contact, driving platform health and scalability while managing escalations and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the dedicated technical point of contact for a portfolio of strategic top tier customers, ensuring continuity from implementation to ongoing operations
  • Continuously assess customer deployments to identify risks and provide strategic recommendations for platform improvements and best practices
  • Oversee technical support intake and coordinate cross-functional responses to manage critical incidents and high-severity support cases
Required qualifications
  • Strong experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, APIs, and platform operations
  • Experience diagnosing performance and scalability challenges in production environments
  • Proven ability to build trust with senior technical stakeholders and align internal teams around customer outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and operational considerations for scalable production systems
