Job Summary
Serving as the primary technical partner for customers, the full-time remote Technical Account Manager will manage onboarding, integration, and data validation to ensure successful adoption of the platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and integration activities, ensuring alignment with agreed use cases and readiness for go-live
- Act as the primary technical contact for customer IT, data, and analytics teams, managing expectations and addressing gaps or risks
- Coordinate data ingestion, validation, and readiness processes while maintaining comprehensive onboarding documentation and communication of risks
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or similar role
- Experience in healthcare, supply chain, or enterprise analytics
- Proven success in leading complex data integrations or enterprise platform deployments
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, validation concepts, and system dependencies
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
