Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Technical Account Manager will cultivate strong client relationships, deliver technical presentations and demos, and drive the adoption of cloud development solutions in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and webinars
- Provide tailored post-sales content and in-depth technical expertise based on customer needs
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay actionable feedback from customer interactions
Required qualifications
- Deep technical knowledge in cloud computing concepts and technologies, preferably with strong AWS skills
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and application development frameworks such as Terraform or Serverless
- Relevant technical certifications, such as AWS Solution Architect Associate, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Experience working in a startup or scale-up ecosystem is preferred
