Job Summary

Driving customer success in a remote full-time capacity, the Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical adoption and scaling of advanced software solutions while fostering relationships with senior stakeholders and providing strategic guidance.

Key responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and serve as their strategic technical advisor
  • Lead technical kickoffs and adoption enablement activities to drive customer self-sufficiency
  • Shape new technical use cases and identify scaling opportunities across products
Required qualifications
  • Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are welcome
  • Demonstrated experience in technical customer management, consultancy, presales, or similar roles within software or technology
  • Expertise in adoption and account discipline across software, data, and AI solutions
  • Familiarity with the broader Siemens portfolio to identify integration opportunities
  • Proficiency in developing technical account plans and aligning strategies with customer goals
