Job Summary

Owning the technical success of strategic top-tier customers, the full-time remote Technical Account Manager will serve as a dedicated technical point of contact, ensuring platform health, scalability, and operational excellence while driving continuous improvement through customer insights.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the primary technical liaison for a portfolio of strategic customers, facilitating the transition from Sales Engineering to ongoing operations
  • Continuously assess and optimize customer deployments for scalability, reliability, and performance, providing actionable recommendations
  • Manage technical support escalations and coordinate cross-functional responses to ensure timely resolution of issues
Required qualifications
  • Strong experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or similar customer-facing technical roles
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, APIs, and platform operations
  • Experience diagnosing performance and scalability challenges in production environments
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical topics effectively to both technical and business stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices, including Docker and Kubernetes
