Job Summary

Building strong, strategic relationships with customers, the full-time Technical Account Manager will ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term value from the Upwind platform while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to the sales team post-sale, ensuring account continuity and enabling focus on new opportunities
  • Lead the technical deployment of the Upwind platform, ensuring smooth onboarding and successful integration of new capabilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing issues promptly and maintaining a high-quality customer experience
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years in customer-facing roles in SaaS, with experience in Technical Account Management or similar roles
  • Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), cybersecurity, or DevOps
  • Experience leading technical projects and managing cloud deployments
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical solutions to business goals
  • Relevant certifications in cloud or security (preferred)
