Job Summary

Owning the long-term technical relationship with a portfolio of strategic accounts, the full-time remote Technical Account Manager will drive customer outcomes, facilitate architecture reviews, and deepen product adoption while collaborating with internal teams to support sophisticated voice AI and real-time engineering clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the technical relationship and long-term outcomes for a portfolio of strategic accounts
  • Conduct architecture reviews and design consultations to guide customer deployments and growth
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering teams
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as TAM, Solutions Architect, or Sales Engineer
  • Proven experience as a trusted technical voice for engineering customers
  • Fluency in developer-platform fundamentals including APIs, SDKs, and deployment patterns
  • Familiarity with real-time, distributed, or developer-platform systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both engineers and executives effectively
