Job Summary
Driving engagement across MacroPoint and MyCarrierPortal, the full-time Technical Account Manager will build and maintain customer relationships, provide expert technical support, and ensure measurable value realization for Enterprise accounts in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key contacts across assigned accounts
- Provide expert-level technical support and training to customers, ensuring satisfaction and success with technology solutions
- Monitor contract end dates and develop proactive renewal plans to align with customer goals and usage trends
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer relationship management and technical support
- Strong understanding of logistics and SaaS best practices
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and demonstrate ROI to clients
- Proven track record of identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and retention strategies
