Job Summary

Driving engagement across MacroPoint and MyCarrierPortal, the full-time Technical Account Manager will build and maintain customer relationships, provide expert technical support, and ensure measurable value realization for Enterprise accounts in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key contacts across assigned accounts
  • Provide expert-level technical support and training to customers, ensuring satisfaction and success with technology solutions
  • Monitor contract end dates and develop proactive renewal plans to align with customer goals and usage trends
Required qualifications
  • Experience in customer relationship management and technical support
  • Strong understanding of logistics and SaaS best practices
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and demonstrate ROI to clients
  • Proven track record of identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation and retention strategies
