Job Summary
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, the full-time Technical Account Manager will provide expert technical support, drive value realization, and ensure customer satisfaction with MacroPoint and MyCarrierPortal in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer engagement by serving as the primary point of contact for value-focused conversations and performance reviews
- Provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring they achieve success with the technology solutions
- Monitor contract renewals and develop proactive plans to align with customer goals and reduce churn risk
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer relationship management or technical account management
