Job Summary

Owning the technical success of strategic top-tier customers, the full-time remote Technical Account Manager will act as a dedicated technical point of contact, drive platform health and performance, and manage escalations while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the primary technical contact for a portfolio of strategic customers, ensuring continuity from implementation to ongoing operations
  • Continuously assess and provide recommendations for customer deployments to enhance scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Oversee technical support issues and coordinate responses with cross-functional teams to resolve critical incidents and improve customer experiences
Required qualifications
  • Strong experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, APIs, and platform operations
  • Proven ability to diagnose performance and scalability challenges in production environments
  • Experience in building trust with senior technical stakeholders and aligning internal teams around customer outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments necessary for running scalable production systems
