Job Summary
Owning the client experience from integration to ongoing support, the full-time Technical Account Manager will manage onboarding processes, maintain client relationships, and ensure seamless communication of product updates in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical onboarding of new clients, ensuring zero engineering effort per integration
- Develop and maintain proactive communication systems for client updates on API changes and product releases
- Manage a growing portfolio of client relationships, implementing scalable processes for onboarding and lifecycle management
Required qualifications
- Experience with SQL and APIs, with a strong technical understanding of integration processes
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and onboarding processes in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with compliance processes, particularly in financial services or technology sectors
- Strong analytical skills to identify patterns in client integration issues and provide data-backed recommendations
- Ability to work collaboratively across product, engineering, and compliance teams
