Job Summary

Building and maintaining partnerships for data exchange, the full-time Technical Account Manager will coordinate data specifications, resolve daily issues, and collaborate with internal teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Work strategically with account management, clinical, and data analytics teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and maintain accurate CRM data for new accounts, preparing necessary support documents
  • Review and analyze client files for data accuracy, ensuring proper configuration for data transfer between partners
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree with 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Account Manager, or Project Manager, focusing on data analytics or business management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and familiarity with Data Analytics, SQL, and file format mapping
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate resources for data integration initiatives
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for various organizational levels
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage stress while maintaining confidentiality
