Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Associate Technical Account Manager will deliver ongoing technical configuration, enhancement, and optimization work across client environments, leveraging deep platform expertise to implement solutions and improve workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, executing configuration changes and enhancements based on their needs
- Collaborate with Client Success and Product teams to translate technical requirements into practical solutions and ensure alignment with business goals
- Document client-specific configurations and maintain communication regarding project status, risks, and technical health
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of relevant experience in technical support, systems engineering, or SaaS account management
- Proficiency in SQL, XML, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of SaaS architecture and API integrations
- Ability to read logs, debug configurations, and interpret data relationships
- Experience with CRM/ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud) and knowledge of insurance and risk management processes
