Job Summary

Collaborating with strategic customers, the full-time remote Technical Account Manager will provide expert support on technical and operational configurations, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving long-term enhancement plans.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide business, technical, and product knowledge to support post-sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Educate clients on product features and functionality, contributing to their business growth
  • Facilitate product upgrades and maintain overall account health through regular assessments and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, presales, or similar customer-facing technical roles in enterprise software
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows-based server OS, Active Directory, and network topology
  • Strong customer service skills and a dedication to customer care
  • Ability to understand and analyze customer technical needs effectively
