Job Summary
Driving enterprise adoption of advanced software solutions, the full-time remote Technical Account Manager will manage high-value partnerships with prestigious media and entertainment organizations, addressing complex production challenges and delivering tailored software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end commercial lifecycle for enterprise accounts, fostering multi-year partnerships worth over $1M
- Collaborate with client leadership to diagnose production pain points and architect bespoke software solutions with clear ROI
- Serve as the primary executive contact for key accounts, bridging communication between client executives and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of executive experience in major studio operations or enterprise media technology deployment
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale media software systems and vendor partnerships
- Demonstrated success in driving large-scale capital expenditures and complex technology adoptions
- Mastery of the global media ecosystem with expertise in digital content mastering and post-production
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
