Job Summary
Owning the technical onboarding journey for merchants launching on TikTok Shop, the full-time Technical Account Manager will connect and configure integrations, troubleshoot issues, and educate clients to ensure they operate confidently and independently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical onboarding for merchants from kickoff through go-live
- Connect and configure integrations between the merchant's storefront and TikTok Shop, troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Guide merchants in optimizing their listings and adopting advanced features to enhance their sales presence on TikTok Shop
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role, such as technical account management or implementation in SaaS or ecommerce
- Genuine technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and data mapping
- Strong ability to educate and translate technical concepts into clear guidance for merchants
- Proven capability to prioritize and multitask effectively across multiple accounts
- Ownership mindset with a focus on growing and protecting client accounts
