Job Summary
As a full-time remote Technical Account Manager in the Retail, Travel & Logistics Client Success team, the successful candidate will guide customers in building and scaling enterprise automation programs, serving as a trusted technical advisor to ensure they achieve measurable business value from the UiPath Platform.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to influence their automation programs and drive platform adoption
- Advise on AI technologies and assist in transforming RPA/BPA processes into agentic automation
- Conduct technical health checks and collaborate with customer teams to design integrated solutions across systems
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Technical Account Management or Technical Consulting
- Background in programming, preferably with .NET, C#, Java, Python, or similar languages
- Hands-on exposure to modern AI technologies and understanding of AI infrastructure considerations
- Experience with Windows and Linux server infrastructure and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
