Technical Account Manager
Job Summary
Leading the hands-on implementation and onboarding of Parallels RAS, the full-time remote Technical Account Manager will architect deployments, design technical delivery plans, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and onboarding of Parallels RAS, acting as the technical owner throughout the customer journey
- Design and execute detailed technical delivery plans, ensuring system stability and performance
- Provide technical leadership and guidance while collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering teams
Required qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, VDI, and application publishing
- Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Azure Virtual Desktop, or comparable platforms
- Working knowledge of enterprise systems, networking, security, and virtualization
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services
