Job Summary

Providing technical support for customers throughout the sales process, the full-time Technical Account Manager - Canada will address product-related queries, train clients on product usage, and analyze customer needs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver technical support for customers during pre-sales and post-sales processes
  • Train customers on effective product usage and gather feedback for product development
  • Collaborate with the sales department to enhance business opportunities and track sales performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies and software development
  • Strong technical expertise in email (SMTP/MTA) and data analysis
  • BSc degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
  • Familiarity with Grafana, Clickhouse, and Linux systems
