Job Summary
Providing technical support for customers throughout the sales process, the full-time Technical Account Manager - Canada will address product-related queries, train clients on product usage, and analyze customer needs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for customers during pre-sales and post-sales processes
- Train customers on effective product usage and gather feedback for product development
- Collaborate with the sales department to enhance business opportunities and track sales performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies and software development
- Strong technical expertise in email (SMTP/MTA) and data analysis
- BSc degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
- Familiarity with Grafana, Clickhouse, and Linux systems
