Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager in Enrollment Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer partnerships and manage projects for establishing new EDI/API connections
- Identify and eliminate obstacles in EDI/API integrations and drive performance metrics
- Serve as a point of escalation for critical issues and ensure prompt resolution
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role as a Project Manager or Technical Account Manager
- Proficient in EDI and API technologies, specifically in insurance enrollment processes
- Experience with JIRA, Zendesk, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms
