Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Technical Account Manager GPU.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for customers deploying GPU clusters and advise on cluster design
• Identify bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations for performance optimization
• Own long-term technical strategy across assigned GPU/AI accounts and manage escalation incidents

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in AI/ML roles, Technical Account Management, or relevant technical positions
• Strong knowledge of GPU hardware architectures and ML frameworks
• Experience with Linux tuning and high-performance storage systems
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Cloud Native Computing Foundation Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification is a plus
