Job Summary
Engaging with a diverse range of customers post-sale, the full-time remote Technical Account Manager II will lead the onboarding process, assist in provisioning new customers, and ensure successful deployment and long-term engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Onboard new Mid-Market CrowdStrike Premium Support Customers and lead project implementations
- Work with customers and account teams to define success criteria for the initial 90 days
- Serve as a customer advocate, documenting feedback and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Professional fluency in English
- Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems
- Knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security infrastructures
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and improve efficiency
