Job Summary

Engaging with a diverse range of customers post-sale, the full-time remote Technical Account Manager II will lead the onboarding process, assist in provisioning new customers, and ensure successful deployment and long-term engagement.

Key responsibilities:
  • Onboard new Mid-Market CrowdStrike Premium Support Customers and lead project implementations
  • Work with customers and account teams to define success criteria for the initial 90 days
  • Serve as a customer advocate, documenting feedback and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security infrastructures
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and improve efficiency
