Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Technical Account Management or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Experience in leading or mentoring others
- Strong understanding of physical security concepts and systems
- Ability to translate contractual language into operational commitments
- Proven skills in planning, organization, and handling multiple initiatives
