Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in Technical Account Management or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Experience in leading or mentoring others
  • Strong understanding of physical security concepts and systems
  • Ability to translate contractual language into operational commitments
  • Proven skills in planning, organization, and handling multiple initiatives
