Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers in disconnected environments and serve as a subject matter expert for data center infrastructure products
  • Develop internal and external relationships to earn trust and collaborate effectively on complex system requirements
  • Continuously learn and maintain technical knowledge of the company's product portfolio and assist in implementing AI solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a US citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance
  • In-depth troubleshooting knowledge of Dell PowerEdge servers and networking infrastructure in data center environments
  • Strong experience working in Linux environments (RHEL and Ubuntu)
  • Customer-facing experience with strong escalation management capabilities
  • 12+ years of technical support experience with relevant industry certifications preferred
