Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers in disconnected environments as a subject matter expert for data center infrastructure products
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and external customers to ensure service excellence
  • Assist in the design, definition, and implementation of complex system requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a US citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance with a CI poly
  • In-depth troubleshooting knowledge of Dell PowerEdge servers and networking infrastructure
  • Strong experience in Linux environments (RHEL and Ubuntu)
  • Customer-facing experience with escalation management capabilities
  • 12+ years of technical support experience with relevant industry certifications preferred
