Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consultant, Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers in disconnected environments as a subject matter expert for data center infrastructure products
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and external customers to ensure service excellence
- Assist in the design, definition, and implementation of complex system requirements
Required Qualifications
- Must be a US citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance with a CI poly
- In-depth troubleshooting knowledge of Dell PowerEdge servers and networking infrastructure
- Strong experience in Linux environments (RHEL and Ubuntu)
- Customer-facing experience with escalation management capabilities
- 12+ years of technical support experience with relevant industry certifications preferred
