Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers in disconnected environments as a subject matter expert for data center infrastructure products
  • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to foster trust and collaboration
  • Assist in the design, definition, and implementation of complex system requirements for customers and sales teams
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a US citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance and CI poly
  • In-depth troubleshooting knowledge of Dell PowerEdge servers and networking infrastructure in datacenter environments
  • Strong experience in Linux environments (RHEL and Ubuntu) and familiarity with diagnostic utilities
  • Customer-facing experience with strong escalation management skills in high-pressure situations
  • 12+ years of technical support experience with relevant industry certifications (e.g., A+, Security+, MCITP/MCSE)
