Job Summary
Acting as the technical liaison between the internal platform team and pharmacy clients, the remote contract Technical Account Representative will deploy automation solutions, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Coordinate and support remote deployment of automation solutions in client environments
- Monitor production automation activity and troubleshoot issues by reviewing logs and identifying root causes
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in technical account management, IT support, or customer success
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting Windows desktop/server environments and networking fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Reliable home office setup with stable internet for remote support work
