Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Specialist to manage support needs for high-value sellers in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first line of defense for support needs of strategic accounts
  • Track, prioritize, and drive resolutions for high-value sellers
  • Communicate developments and analyze customer issue trends for process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, implementation, or account management
  • Deep understanding of all first-party products
  • Experience with complex project management
  • Background in Risk, Integrations, APIs, Compliance, Fraud, Hardware, or Networking is preferred
  • Prior experience in the FinTech or payments industry is a plus
