Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Specialist to manage support needs for high-value sellers in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of defense for support needs of strategic accounts
- Track, prioritize, and drive resolutions for high-value sellers
- Communicate developments and analyze customer issue trends for process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, implementation, or account management
- Deep understanding of all first-party products
- Experience with complex project management
- Background in Risk, Integrations, APIs, Compliance, Fraud, Hardware, or Networking is preferred
- Prior experience in the FinTech or payments industry is a plus
