Technical Accountant

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Technical Accountant to work remotely full-time, who will manage the monthly close and financial reporting processes, prepare journal entries, and support compliance with U.S. GAAP in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for assigned accounts
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including external reporting activities
• Research accounting guidance and document accounting conclusions to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
• 1-4 years of accounting experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, or a combination of both
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting fundamentals
• Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting analyses
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a commitment to accuracy
