Technical Accounting Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Accounting Consultant (TAC).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects and customers to demonstrate how solutions meet their business and technical goals
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue targets
• Gather and document client requirements and provide customer feedback to influence product and marketing strategies

Required Qualifications and Education

• 1-3 busy seasons in an audit role, preferably at a Big 4 firm
• 3+ years of experience in an accountant position, with audit experience preferred
• Strong understanding of FASB, GASB, IFRS guidelines, and lease accounting standards
• Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
