Technical Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Accounting Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Technical Accounting Manager(s)
• Support CAO with complex accounting issues and direct all acquisitions accounting
• Lead the implementation and adoption of new accounting standards across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of current technical accounting and reporting matters
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP
• 4-6+ years' experience in an accounting role with some management experience
• 2-4 years' experience in public accounting or finance role within a public company
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP Accounting Software
