Technical Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Accounting Manager to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical accounting initiatives and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Prepare technical memos and support audits for new and unusual transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new accounting standards and ensure accurate financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of accounting experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm or in a technical accounting role at a public company
• Active CPA license is a plus
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience in technical accounting research
• M&A experience is a plus
