Technical Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Accounting Manager who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end revenue recognition for SaaS subscriptions and ensure compliance with ASC 606 and ASC 340
• Assist with the preparation of technical accounting memos and support monthly/quarterly close processes
• Drive process improvement across revenue operations and collaborate with FP&A on financial insights

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of accounting experience in SaaS/software environments
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and ASC 340 with experience in multi-element SaaS arrangements
• Public accounting background (Big 4 or similar) strongly preferred
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP S/4Hana, or other ERP/CRM systems
• Comfort working in fast-moving, high-growth tech environments
