Technical Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy in journal entries and account reconciliations
• Research and document accounting treatments for complex transactions and implement new accounting standards
• Lead audit processes and prepare financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures for reporting requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (required)
• CPA designation (preferred)
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, ideally including public accounting
• Advanced knowledge of financial accounting concepts and US GAAP
• Experience in preparing financial statements and disclosures
