Technical Administrator - CLM
Job Summary
Serving as the primary owner and administrator of the Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management platform, the full-time Technical Administrator - CLM will manage system configuration, optimize workflows, and provide ongoing support for legal and procurement teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee Agiloft platform ownership, including user administration, configuration, and system governance
- Design and implement scalable contract workflows in partnership with Legal Operations and business stakeholders
- Manage integrations between Agiloft and enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience administering Agiloft CLM or a similar contract lifecycle management platform
- Strong hands-on experience with workflow configuration and automation
- Experience supporting contract management or legal operations processes
- Proven ability to manage system configurations and end-user support in a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and data synchronization across enterprise platforms preferred
