• Conduct technology assessments, roadmap reviews, and provide deployment guidance to optimize customer outcomes
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to drive strategic customer outcomes and enhance the overall customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education
• 12+ years of related experience in customer-facing roles
• Experience with enterprise-level virtualization and VMware's Virtual Cloud Foundation products
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-level personnel
• Top Secret security clearance with polygraph required
